Σύμφωνα με την υπ’ αριθ. 44/2008 απόφαση του Μονομελούς Πρωτοδικείου Ροδόπης κρίθηκε ότι τα ιστολόγια δεν υπάγονται στην έννοια του ηλεκτρονικού τύπου. Αναλογικά βρίσκει εφαρμογή η νομοθεσία του τύπου στην περίπτωση του ιστολογίου.
Τα κεντρικά σημεία της απόφασης:
- Ιστολόγιο: Χαρακτηρίζεται ως διαδραστικό μέσο επικοινωνίας αόριστου αριθμού προσώπων- αναγνωστών, που καθορίζουν το περιεχόμενο του ιστολογίου.
- Διάκριση ιστολογίου από ιστοσελίδα που διατηρεί μέσο ενημέρωσης στο διαδίκτυο, το περιεχόμενο της οποίας καθορίζεται από τον κύριο και τους δημοσιογράφους του μέσου.
- Τα ιστολόγια δεν υπάγονται στην έννοια του ηλεκτρονικού τύπου, ο οποίος αφορά τις ιστοσελίδες των ήδη υπαρχόντων μέσων ενημέρωσης.
-Αναλογική εφαρμογή της νομοθεσίας περί τύπου στην περίπτωση του ιστολογίου.
- Αναγνωρίζεται η ανωνυμία των bloggers, διότι άλλωστε και στα γραπτά έντυπα παραδοσιακής μορφής είναι συνήθης η αρθρογραφία με ψευδώνυμο
- Η εταιρία που φιλοξενεί το ιστολόγιο στον παγκόσμιο ιστό, δεν θεωρείται αναλογικά, ιδιοκτήτης, εκδότης ή συντάκτης του εντύπου, μέσω του οποίου εκδηλώθηκε η ζημιογόνος συμπεριφορά.

Σύμφωνα με την υπ’ αριθ. 44/2008 απόφαση του Μονομελούς Πρωτοδικείου Ροδόπης κρίθηκε ότι τα ιστολόγια δεν υπάγονται στην έννοια του ηλεκτρονικού τύπου. Αναλογικά βρίσκει εφαρμογή η νομοθεσία του τύπου στην περίπτωση του ιστολογίου.
Τα κεντρικά σημεία της απόφασης:
- Ιστολόγιο: Χαρακτηρίζεται ως διαδραστικό μέσο επικοινωνίας αόριστου αριθμού προσώπων- αναγνωστών, που καθορίζουν το περιεχόμενο του ιστολογίου.
- Διάκριση ιστολογίου από ιστοσελίδα που διατηρεί μέσο ενημέρωσης στο διαδίκτυο, το περιεχόμενο της οποίας καθορίζεται από τον κύριο και τους δημοσιογράφους του μέσου.
- Τα ιστολόγια δεν υπάγονται στην έννοια του ηλεκτρονικού τύπου, ο οποίος αφορά τις ιστοσελίδες των ήδη υπαρχόντων μέσων ενημέρωσης.
-Αναλογική εφαρμογή της νομοθεσίας περί τύπου στην περίπτωση του ιστολογίου.
- Αναγνωρίζεται η ανωνυμία των bloggers, διότι άλλωστε και στα γραπτά έντυπα παραδοσιακής μορφής είναι συνήθης η αρθρογραφία με ψευδώνυμο
- Η εταιρία που φιλοξενεί το ιστολόγιο στον παγκόσμιο ιστό, δεν θεωρείται αναλογικά, ιδιοκτήτης, εκδότης ή συντάκτης του εντύπου, μέσω του οποίου εκδηλώθηκε η ζημιογόνος συμπεριφορά.
